Goals:
Cellular repair and metabolism health:
Fast 16+ hours Day 1-14 of menstrual cycle; 13+ hours Day 15-35
Strength and flexibility:
4 workouts every week (HIIT and weight training)
Cognition and healing:
80+ sleep score 5/7 nights
Nutrition:
Hit macros every day confidently (I eat well but want to start tracking to verify)
Get on a data-driven supplement regiment
Target weight: 145lb by EOY
Week 3, July 15 - 21:
✅ 13+hr fasting, back half of cycle so adjusted to 13hr minimum fasts instead of 16hr; awful nutrition this week and fasting is the only habit saving me from health ruin
✅ 4 workouts - having this accountability mechanism motivated me to go to the gym today, last day of week, to hit my goal. yay systems!
❗️2/5 - shit sleep this week :( gained 3lb and noticing this happens every time I have poor sleep
❗️Tracked all meals on Monday and then failed rest of the week - will try again by focusing on protein tracking at the very least to build habit and nutrition

Goal: Upgrade my mental software
Observe my thoughts / thinking patterns. Evaluate if I want to keep or change. Track them in yay/nay list.
Actions > Thoughts. When there is a thought to do something and it is determined to be a healthy thing to do, take action immediately.
Week 3, July 15 - 21:
✅ YAY Patterns:
True acceptance of self - what did i say? what did I do? what was the result? admit when congruent, admit when shit. former is easy for me, latter is insanely hard, must keep on it
❗️NAY Patterns:
Escapism. Take action to move towards what you want, instead of moving away from something.

had lots of hard conversations this week from a place of deep self-reliance <3
I have sky-diving on the books for next week as a result of a serendipitous run-in with a good friend in the park <3 thanks universe for delivering adventure
multiple people came to me with their business ideas this week, nurturing my creativity <3
Next week: action, action, action → less words, more steps forward, play offense
